Dillon Police Department
On January 9, 2024, Dillon Police Chief David Lane presented Sgt. Ronald Graham with a plaque thanking him for his 16 years of dedicated and selfless service to the City of Dillon Police Department.
This plaque was presented at the department’s monthly meeting which is held on the second Tuesday of every month.
Sgt. Graham began his career with the City of Dillon Police Department in August of 2007 and has been a faithful and dedicated officer. Due to medical reasons Sgt. Graham officially retired December 28, 2023. Chief Lane asked Sgt. Graham if there were any “words of wisdom” he would like to share with the department and he left the officers with this statement: “Get out of your patrol cars and talk with people and the citizens of the community.”
Dillon City Manager Glen Wagner was also present for the plaque presentation and thanked Sgt. Graham for “his dedication to the City of Dillon, his faithfulness to the Dillon Police Department and for his commitment to the citizens of Dillon.”
