In Dillon County on July 9, 2023 at approximately 2:56 p.m., a wreck occurred involving a golf cart.
The driver of the golf cart was traveling eastbound on Bay Catfish Road.
The driver of a 2020 Kia Forte was traveling southbound on Catfish Church Road.
The driver of the Golf Cart and the 2020 Kia Forte collided at the intersection of Bay Catfish Road and Catfish Church Road.
There were two occupants in the golf cart.
The driver and the passenger were injured and transported by EMS to a local hospital.
The driver of the 2020 Kia Forte was the only occupant in the vehicle and was not injured.
This collision is under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
