Dillon County 4-H wanted to share club updates and upcoming programs.
Our new club year kicked off on September 1st, with record membership enrollment.
We are excited to announce that we currently have six clubs for youth ages 5-18.
These include cooking, horse, fishing, shooting, chess, and leadership.
Dillon 4-H will also offer themed day camps this spring and summer.
We also offer the following youth state projects: Hippology, Horse Bowl, Wildlife Habitat Education Program, Honey Bee Project, Engineering Challenge, Small Garden Project, Rabbit, and Poultry Projects. 4-H members build life skills by leading hands-on projects in areas like science, health, agriculture and, civic engagement – helping them to grow confidence, independence, resilience, and compassion. 4 H’s positive youth development programs are available right here in Dillon County and welcome children who want to have fun, learn and grow. If you have a child interested in joining 4-H, please e-mail Dillon 4-H agent Elizabeth Snipes at esnipe2@ clemson.edu for more information.
