Dillon School District Four is excited to announce the new Technology and Adult and Continuing Education Building. ESSER funds allowed DSD4 to provide this new facility. The current DSD4 Technology Center has been housed in the old Maple Campus for over 13 years. The main building was built in 1924 with subsequent additions and is extremely outdated to house the crucial District’s technology operations. This new building will provide a modern up-to-date infrastructure to support our students and teachers. Two training labs will be available to provide the necessary training our faculty and staff with much needed up dated labs.
The current Adult and Continuing Education building has been in a rented building for years due to lack of space within the district. The new facility will provide much needed space and will be located near the District Office.
F.W. Architects designed the building. Brownstone will be the construction management group overseeing the project and FBi Construction are the builders.
The groundbreaking was held April 18, 2022 at 6:00 PM.
