Dillon County First Steps, The Village Educational Services, and Fitness by Cory have come together to bring something awesome to the town of Dillon and beyond.
Together, they have started a Fatherhood program in which fathers are given a safe space and opportunity to learn from each other on how to be better fathers and men!
The program is free and opened to ALL FATHERS from all spectrums and journeys.
The 18-week program meets five times a month, usually once a week for 1.5 hours.
Sessions include topics in the areas of: Co-Parenting, Health and Wellness, Financial Literacy, Healthy Family Relationships, and Personal and Child Development.
The response has been amazing, yet we want more fathers to be a part of this amazing experience. Come one, come all. Come learn, grow, and excel with The Nurturing Fathers Initiative. Contact Dillon County First Steps (Shirleen Lewis, Shantel McRae), Rashawn Aaron, or Cory Wilson for more information.
