One person is in custody and charged with murder for the deadly shooting that occurred Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at a local mobile home park, where two people were killed, according to Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
Joshua Isaiah Norman, age 24, of Dillon is charged with two counts of murder.
Norman was in custody at the Dillon County Detention Center at press time.
Dillon County Coroner Donnie Grimsley identified the deceased as Timothy Miles III, a 26-year-old black male, and Frederick Earl Cooper, a 27-year-old black male.
The owner of the mobile home park said that none of the people involved in this incident lived in the mobile home park.
