Services for Emmy Bethea will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Trinity Full Gospel Holiness Church of Gaddy’s Mill with entombment in Evergreen Perpetual Care Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation was held 7:00-9:00 p.m. Wednesday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bethea, 83, went to be with her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ Monday, March 18, 2019.
Born in Neider-Wollstadt, Germany, September 19, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Adolf and Kathleen Stroh. She was retired from Dixiana Mills.
Survivors include her husband, Gentry Bethea of Dillon; daughter, Linda Marie Owens of Dillon; grandsons, Joseph Bethea and Jimmy Ray Grimsley, II; sisters, Finda of San Antonio, TX, and Eddie Badina; brother, Rudolph Stroh.
