Fourteen members of the Carolina Arts Guild met on Thursday, January 24, at St. Barnabas Anglican Church in Dillon.
The speaker was Mrs. Jane Calhoun who presented original paintings of pets, flowers, snakes, and churches. Mrs. Calhoun also introduced the process of acrylic “pourings,” which provide another method of painting. She displayed several of these “pourings” and donated one to Lorraine Arnette, winner of the night’s drawing.
