The Dillon Wildcats picked up a win over the Lake View Wild Gators on Tuesday, January 2, in Dillon in varsity basketball action.
Dillon led at halftime 24-14 after outscoring Lake View big in the second period of which Darius Boatwright hit for 9 points in that period.
Damari Ladson connected for 13 points for the ‘Cats while Justin Green added 5 points, and Ty’Ric Porter picked up 4 points. Corrain Wright hit for 3 points, and Shamar McCollum and Daizon Alford each garnered 2 points.
The Wildcats had 31 defensive rebounds and 17 offensive rebounds in the game.
Dillon will host Mullins on Thursday, January 4, and Lake View will host Pee Dee Academy.
