These individuals are stating there is a warrant for the arrest of the party they are speaking with or relatives. They are then asking for money to be sent to them to ensure that the warrant will not be served. Please make note that law enforcement WILL NOT ask you to send money in place of a warrant. Warrants have to be served and a court date set.
