Mrs. Patty Barfield Nobles died Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at McLeod Regional Medical Center of Florence after a brief illness.
A funeral service was held Friday, June 30, 2017 at 11:00 am at Kemper Baptist Church with burial to follow at Lake View Perpetual Cemetery. The family received friends Thursday, June 29, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View.
Mrs. Nobles was born April 22, 1936 in Dillon County, the daughter of the late James Clifford and Magnolia Moody Barfield. Mrs. Nobles is survived by a brother, Hayes Barfield (Melanie); sisters, Ann Barfield, Ruth Strickland, Faye Barfield and Betty Miller (Wayne); and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Nobles; 5 brothers; and 3 sisters.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kemper Baptist Church.
