The Dillon County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a golf cart from the Linkside community of Dillon, said Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
According to an incident report by Deputy Ricky Day, the golf cart was stolen from a residence on June 6, 2017.
The victim stated that she saw a black in color truck with the hood up in the driveway with a black male looking under the hood as if he was working on the truck and another black male riding off across the yard with the golf cart that was taken out of the storage building.
The victim stated that the black truck was pulling a trailer and left behind the golf cart.
The golf cart is a customized Ezgo golf cart black and burgundy in color with a USC tag on the front with a silver frame around tag.
