Services for Joann Huggins were held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Trinity Holiness Church in Latta with burial in Riverside Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation was held 6-8 p.m. Friday at funeral home.
Mrs. Huggins, 69, died Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at the McLeod Hospice House in Florence.
Born in Marion County, SC, May 26, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Jerry Lamar Brooks and Inez Hyman Brooks. She was a member of Latta Southern Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Cyndi (John) Moore of Latta; son, Dale (Jackie) Huggins of Dillon; four grandchildren, Monica, Heather, Brittany, and Caleb; four great-grandchildren; sister, Lettazoe Thompson of Dillon.
Mrs. Huggins was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond “Son” Huggins; and her daughter, Lisa Jane Huggins.
