McCoy Chapel United Methodist Church annual Men’s Day/Father’s Day program was held on June 19. The United Methodist Men conduct the program each year. Brother Clarence (Sonny) McRae was the Master of Ceremony. Various men participated on the program including Bowling Green United Methodist Men. The purpose of the program is to honor the father’s role in the Christian family, the community and the world. Brother Edward Thomas, president and Brother Victor Pernell, Vice President honored Brothers: Minister Major Bethea, Onzalow Bethea, and Clarence (Sonny) McRae for their service to the church and community. Pictured with the honorees are all men that attended service. Reverend Ronald McCall, pastor, delivered the morning message.
