The Dillon High School Lady Cats Varsity Volleyball team lost 3-0 (25-10, 25-11, and 25-14) in the first-ever bid for the Class 2A Lower State final held in Dillon Tuesday, November 10, against Bishop England.

The third game was the only lead the Lady Cats could muster in the match. Dillon led 1-0 and made the match competitive as they stayed close at 16-12 before Bishop England won nine of the next eleven points.
Dillon ended the season with a record of 23-2.
