Back by popular demand is Lynn Liebenrood’s sweet potato pound cake recipe. It’s easy and is so good.

Sweet Potato
Pound Cake

1 box Duncan Hines Classic Yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes

Add sweet potatoes to mixture last. (If using canned sweet potatoes, buy the 29 oz. can. It won’t take quite that much, but almost.)
Bake at 350 degrees in greased and floured bundt pan for 50-55 minutes.

Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons orange juice

Pour glaze over warm cake. It soaks in and is basically invisible. Very good and moist.
