Dear Editor,
Being originally from Dillon, I read your paper as often as I get a chance. I especially like reading some of the articles that are written by Preacher Goings. I do not always agree with everything he says, and there are times when his opinions about some issues truly anger me. To be honest, sometimes I feel like he believes or thinks that he is right about everything. Howbeit, in spite of my personal opinion and dislike of some of his views, I must take my hat off to him for having courage to speak what is on his heart. This is a missing quality in most leaders today. His articles on racism and the legalizing of same sex marriages truly required much bravery. Though, I will perhaps never agree with every thing he says, my admiration and respect for him continues to grow. Preacher Goings, keep up the good work.
Yours truly,
Nell McLaughlin
