Lady Fingers
1 1/4 sticks butter or margarine
4 Tablespoons powdered sugar
2 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts, chopped fine
1 tablespoon ice water
Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add flour and vanilla, then nuts and ice water (may add a little more water if needed). Roll into fingers. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. While still warm, roll in more powdered sugar.
