Services for Bonnie S. Hamilton will be held 3:00 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Visitation was held 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hamilton, 80, died Monday, October 27, 2014 at the Pruitt Health at The Pines in Dillon.
Born in Dillon, SC, April 24, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Murphy King and Tempie Sanderson King.  She was a member of First Baptist Church, and was formerly employed by B.C. Moore’s Department Store, and The Jewelry Shop.
Survivors include her children, Wanda (Wayne) Norton of King, NC, Janet (Jim) Brigman of Dillon, Carl (Vickie) Smith of Dillon, Michael (Brenda) Smith of Dillon, and Kelly (Brenda) Smith of Dillon; brother, Dean King of Dillon; sisters, Annette Richardson of Summerville, and Betty Edwards of Mullins; grandchildren, Erick (Christy) Norton, Jamie Bethea, Nikki Sellers, Bryan Smith, Corey (Mandy) Smith, Sgt. David Michael(Wendy) Smith, Ashleigh Smith, Cody Smith, Logan Smith, Nicholas Smith, Brandon (Ashley) Crew, Christopher Crew, and Corey Crew; great-grandchildren, Gracie Norton, Austin Bethea, Brady Bethea, Emery Sellers, Skylar Ann Smith, Rivers Smith, Elijah Smith, Easton Smith, Kenna James, Stone Smith, Andie Crew and Braydon Crew; special friend, Alice Best.
Mrs. Hamilton was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Hamilton; sister, Jeannette Powers and brother, Bob King.
