Sausage Dip
1 pound Jamestown mild sausage
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 can Ro-Tel® original diced tomatoes and green chilies
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Brown and drain sausage. Stir together sausage, cream cheese, sour cream, and Ro-Tel®. Pour into oblong 2 quart casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with Frito® Scoops.
