Latta’s 6U Sweetees are set to attend opening ceremonies for the 2014 state tournament at Oscar Frazier Park in Bluffton, South Carolina on Friday, July 11.

The Sweetees are scheduled to begin play at noon on Saturday, July 12, against Aynor, followed by a game against Beaufort at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, July 14. If the Sweetees win one or both of those games, they will play for the championship on Tuesday, July 15. A second game may be played for the the championship on Tuesday based on the results of the earlier games in the tournament.

The games will be broadcast via the internet by the Beaufort County Channel. The link to the games can be found at www.bcpals.com.
