Thanks to my sister for this week’s easy (and yummy) recipe.

Bacon, Cheese & Potato Chowder
3 cups skim milk
1 can condensed cream of potato soup
2 cups frozen Southern style hash browns
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

Mix soup and milk in pot, stir in potatoes. Bring to a boil on high, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put in bowls and top with cheese, bacon, and onions.
