Mr. Eldon Earl McDaniel, age 60, of Marietta, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.. at Bethesda United Methodist Church with Rev. Brian Perry officiating. Visitation was held Monday, August 12, 2013 at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.
He was born May 31, 1953 in Bladen County. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cletus Wayne McDaniel and Charlotte Britt McDaniel.
He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Hardin McDaniel of the home; two sons, Eric Eldon McDaniel of the home and Matt Hardin McDaniel and fiance’ Magan Cox both of Lumberton; one daughter, Mary Kate McDaniel of Boiling Springs, S.C. ; three sisters, Peggy Britt of Orrum, Paula Hill of Lake Waccawmaw, and Gwen Grainger of Duluth, GA.
