Chess Pie
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 stick butter, melted
6 tablespoons of buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
Mix ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 10 more minutes or until pie is set.
