The Palmetto Award was awarded to Judy Harrison of Dillon County E-911 in recognition of the exceptional professionalism in the field  emergency communications.
This particular award acknowledges the special contributions of those whose daily performance of their duties is an inspiration and example to others in the field of emergency telecommunications.
This award was presented to Judy Harrison at the NENA conference in Myrtle Beach. She has been employed with the Dillon County E-911 Telecommunications Center since May 1996, but has years of prior experience in the field.
