Alice Delores McRae Scales was born in Dillon, SC on July 29, 1938 to Lee David McRae Sr. and Allie P. McRae and departed this life on October 13, 2012 in Orange, New Jersey.
Alice Delores gave her life to Christ as a teenager and was baptized at Manning Baptist Church. She was a member of Manning Baptist Church. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church of Newark, New Jersey.
She leaves to mourn her life, husband Bobby Scales of Irvington, NJ.
The Scales family sisters, Emmaline Whitmire of Roebuck, SC, Betty Dudley of Dillon, SC, sister in law, Dorothy McRae of Maryland, a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends and class of 1956 of Gordon High School of Dillon.
