The Riverdale convenience site lease renewal was discussed at a recent meeting of the Dillon County Council. County Administrator Clay Young said the owner wanted $2,000 per year. It was $1,000 per year. County Attorney Ken Dubose said it was the same lease except for the change in the amount. It is for one-year term with four renewals. Dubose said he is attempting to make all the leases uniform. County Councilman Harold Moody made a motion to approve the lease, seconded by Councilman Joe Johnson. All present, except Councilman Andrew Graves, voted in favor of the motion.
