Cream-Style Corn
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 to 1 bushel of Silver Queen corn
1 stick of butter
Salt
Pepper
Nature’s Seasoning®
Onion Salt
Half and Half

Shuck 3/4 to 1 bushel of Silver Queen corn and cut off cob. Fill Dutch oven 3/4 full of corn. Add 1 stick of butter. Add salt, pepper, Nature’s Seasoning®, and onion salt to taste. Fill pot with Half and Half until Half and Half is visible and just covers corn. Bring to boil stirring constantly and then cut heat immediately to low. Cut heat down and cook until corn is done. Stir every five minutes to prevent corn from sticking. Let cool. Fill freezer containers and freeze for future use.
