Kevin Eugene Williamson, 46, died at his home, Thursday, June 28, 2012. Funeral services were held 10:00 A.M., Saturday June 30, 2012, in the Kannaday Funeral Home Chapel in Dillon, SC with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation was from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M., Friday, June 29, 2012 at Kannaday Funeral Home in Dillon.
Mr. Williamsom was born in Dillon, SC, August 13, the son of Bessie Holliday Williamson and the late “Wilmer” Eugene Williamson. He was a retired Pipe Fitter with Atlantic Fire Coast and served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Dillon Congregational Holiness Church.
He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Bessie Holliday Williamson of Dillon, SC; his wife, Catherine “Cathy” Hayes Williamson of the home; his son, Weston Douglas Williamson of the home, SC; daughters, Jessica Nicole (Steven) Owen of Columbia, SC and Melanie Ann Webster of Florence, SC; brothers, Lance (Angel) Williamson of Dillon, SC, Gregg Williamson of Dillon, SC, and Steven Williamson, of Florence, SC; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and his mother and father-in-law, Jimmie and Estelle Hayes. He was predeceased by a sister, Michelle Williamson.
