I had never fixed green beans this way, but we tried them this week and liked them.
Oven Roasted Green Beans
Fresh whole green beans (medium size)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Salt and pepper
Wash green beans and remove stem ends. Coat rimmed baking sheet with EVOO, place beans on baking sheet and roll to coat with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees–a little less time for tender-crisp and a little more time to slightly brown them. Stir a couple of time during cooking. Also do not layer too deeply. A single layer works best.
