The Dillon County Free Medical Clinic is now open. The office is located at 310 East Washington Street in the blue house across from First Baptist Church.
They share this location with Carolina Family Planning Center but are a separate entity. Executive Director, Leslie Grubb handles the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Patient applications are taken on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. – 12 noon and 3 p.m. -6 p.m. Appointments are scheduled for Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
They are a faith-based organization that seeks to provide medical care to the working uninsured residents of Dillon County. Our mission is to promote the physical, emotional, and spiritual health of those who need our care.
Potential patients must meet the following qualifications: 1) resident of Dillon County; 2) age 19-64; 3) must not have any health insurance; 4) must have some source of income [employment – minimum 20 hrs/week, unemployment, disability]; 5) not eligible for Medicaid or Medicare; 6) meet income guidelines of 200% at or below federal poverty level (See chart below).
The clinic operates through volunteers, church and private donations, and some grant funding. This ministry is committed to honoring the God-given dignity and value of all people, regardless of race, nationality, or creed.

Two (2) person household – income limit maximum $566.00/week (net)
Three (3) person household – income limit maximum $713.00/week (net)
Four (4) person household – income limit maximum $860.00/week (net)
