Brown sausage and drain.
Add:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can of RO-TEL® original diced tomatoes and green chilies
Stir all of the above ingredients together and pour into oblong 2 quart casserole dish.
Put 8 oz. package of shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve dip with Fritos® Scoops!®
