On February 18-19, shooting began on the “trailer” commercial for the upcoming feature film, “Warfare.” The footage was shot in Columbus County, North Carolina.
Former resident of Dillon, Timmy Dee wrote the screenplay for the movie, as well as starring in and producing the movie.
Other actors involved with the film are Lunden De’Leon, who was starred in and co-wrote the short film, “13 Miles to Hell,” in which Timmy Dee was featured; Rostant Anthony from Dillon, and Sean Lamar Jones from Wilmington, N.C.
Timmy Dee’s production company, Nrober Ministry Productions in association with Timeless Memories, Inc. will be producing the film.
The assistant director of the film will be Marshall Fuller. “Marshall did an incredible job on the set,” states Dee.
Plans for the movie’s release is this December, and DVD release by early 2013. Dave Munn will be directing the film.
“13 Miles to Hell,” can be viewed online. Timmy Dee is a graduate of Dillon High School and resides in Lumberton, N.C.
