The Dillon Wildcats fell to Mullins 68-36 on Friday in Mullins.
Mullins got off to a large lead in the first half as they outscored Dillon 21-8 and 17-11 to lead 38-19 at half time. Both teams added 13 points in the third, but Mullins was back on top in the fourth, outscoring Dillon 17-4 for the 68-36 win.
The Auctioneers were led by Darnell Coleman with a game-high 28 points and Alexis Brown with 12. Tyre Constant added eight with Chris Harley and Keivonte Waters each adding six. Jonathan Jenkins scored five, Kameron Graham earned two, and Bernard Jones netted one.
Dillon was led by Breon Page with nine points, Eri’Reon Hayes with eight, John Caulder with seven, and Bethea with five. Maurice Williams earned three and Preston Pernell and Omar McCollum each added two.
Mullins remains undefeated with a 15-0 overall record and a 2-0 record in Region 8-AA. Dillon falls to 4-9, with results from their recent games against Aynor and Lake View unavailable at press time.
