Fellowship Baptist Church is proud to announce the W.M.U. and Brotherhood that began on November 1, 2011. One of our projects was to begin a Bible Study each Sunday night at 6:30 p.m. We also voted to visit the sick and shut ins on Tuesday night of each week. This past Tuesday night, we visited with Rev. & Mrs. D.E. Frye. We would like to tell you a few things we learned about them. Rev. & Mrs. Frye have 3 daughters, Brenda F. Horne (Bobby), Loretta F. Dudney (Rodney), and Rhonda F. Altman (Billy), 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 1 deceased great-grandchild. Rev. Frye graduated from Fruitland Bible College in Hendersonville, N.C. He is 83 years of age and was a pastor for 55 years. Rev. Frye said if he was able, he would still be preaching the word. Mrs. Frye is 80 years of age and is a housewife. When able Rev. Frye would speak to us about his faith our Lord as Mr. Ricky Lane taught from Psalm 91. We would like to thank Rev. &
Mrs. D.E. Frye for opening up their home and let us come in. May God Bless you Rev. & Mrs. D.E. Frye. Also thanks to the 14 guests that came to the home. If anyone does not have a church home of your own, please feel free to join us at Fellowship Baptist Church where a church is growing for the Lord.
