Dillon City Council Passes Ordinances Against Bath Salts, Synthetic Marijuana

The Dillon City Council passed the second reading of two ordinances on Monday night prohibiting the sale of bath salts and synthetic marijuana.
Police visited local stores this week to let them know that there has been an ordinance passed prohibiting the sale of these substances.
