A bond was set on former Latta High School Band Director Tyler Hutto on Friday afternoon by Chief Magistrate Judge Mackie Hayes. Hayes set a $50,000 bond on two charges of criminal sexual conduct-second degree. Judge Hayes added the following stipulations: 1) That he be bailed out by someone who can provide electronic GPS monitoring to protect him and the victim and that he have no contact with the victim or the victim’s families, and that he appear at court on time.
