This week’s recipe is a favorite of my nephew Jeff Huggins- and I am partial to it, too.
Pistachio Pudding
1 pkg. Instant Pistachio pudding mix
1 large can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup small marshmallows
1 small carton (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Mix pudding mix and pineapple (including juice) first, then fold in other ingredients. Refrigerate and enjoy!
