Doris Ratley Oliver, 87, of Dillon, S.C. passed away on Saturday, December 4 at McLeod Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Marion Oliver, Jr.; father, Duncan C. Ratley and mother, Ada Mae Henley Ratley. She was the loving mother of three daughters, Terry Oliver of Wilmington, Marion Oliver Ashley and husband Bradley of Dillon, Jenny Oliver Lindsey and husband Phil of Raleigh, two grandchildren, Tyler Lindsey and Beth Floyd and husband Robert; and one great grandchild, John Floyd. She is survived by one brother, D.C. Ratley, of Fairmont.
The service will be held at First Baptist Church on South Main Street in Fairmont at 2:00 on Wednesday, December 8. Visitation will follow the service at her home at 775 Arnette Road, Dillon, S.C.
In lieu of flowers, contributions will be accepted to the Regan Cemetery Fund, 370 Arnette Road, Dillon, S.C. 29536.
