A former Latta police officer has been charged with misconduct in office.
According to an arrest warrant for Calvin Brand, 416 Arcadia Drive, Apt. 81, McColl, “On September 5, 2010, Officer Calvin Brand, Latta Police Officer, did commit misconduct in office by showing explicit photos of his penis to victims who were employed by the Tiger Mart in Latta, SC, while on duty. Officer Brand did also ask for explicit photos from the victims too.”
SLED investigated these allegations at the request of the Latta Police Department, according to SLED spokesperson Jennifer Timmons.
