With turkey season on the horizon, maybe you will enjoy this week’s recipe.
Again, it comes from my sister.
Turkey Cranberry Croissants
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup chopped pecans
6 croissants (or other rolls), split
1 pound thinly sliced turkey
3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
lettuce leaves

Combine first 3 ingredients. Spread on both sides of bread. Add other items to sandwiches. Enjoy!
