I hesitate to call this a recipe, but my family has been enjoying this chicken lately- even Keith (aka Mickey), will eat it.

Marinated Grilled Chicken
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or breast strips)
Pineapple juice
Soy sauce

Marinate chicken in equal amounts of pineapple juice and soy sauce for at least 2-3 hours.  Grill chicken (I use my George Foreman grill) until done.  Also grill pineapple rings.  This is so good, so tender, and so easy.  Enjoy.
