Services for Jimmy M. Chipman were held 3:00 p.m. Sunday at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel.  Visitation was held Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Chipman, 67, died Friday, June 4, 2010 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon.
Born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, June 24, 1942, he was the son of the late John H. Chipman and Matery Bruce Chipman.  He was a retired engineer.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Chipman; sons, Joey D. Chipman and Tory Tedder; daughters, Jaime Chipman, Jennifer Chipman, and Toni Tedder; step-son, Sammy Tedder; brothers, Lloyd Chipman and Searse Chipman; sisters, Wilma Grooms, Josephine Ward, Alice Fay Looney, Virginia Morgan, and Vineta Barton; grandchildren, Josh, Nick, Kayla, Nicole, Natoshia, Justin, Christopher, Jarrod, Jace, Audrey, and Hannah.
He was preceded in death by his son, Richard Tedder; sisters, Lulu Belle Wiseman and Angela Molnar; brothers, Bruce Henry Chipman, Austin Chipman, and Aldof Chipman.
