Two council seats will be contested in the Dillon City Election to be held April 7th.
Filing ended Wednesday at noon.
In Dillon City District One, incumbent James “Bobie” Washington, will face “Penny” Lenora Wright. Washington has served on council since 2007.
In Dillon City District Two, incumbent Connie Manning will face James Jermaine Cabbagestalk. Manning has served on council since 2011.
Todd Davis is unopposed for mayor, and Douglas Jackson is unopposed in Dillon City District Four. Davis has served as mayor since 2007. Jackson has served on council since 2007 also.
