Members of the South Carolina Association of Governmental Purchasing Officials (SCAGPO) have elected Stephen Pullie, CPPB to serve on the Board of Directors as 2014 President. Pullie was installed as SCAGPO President by Marcheta Gillespie, President of our national organization, the Institute for Governmental Purchasing (NIGP).
He was also honored with the President’s Award for Outstanding Service by 2013 President, Georgia Gillens, CPPO, CPPB, CPM.
Steve is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Pullie of Latta. Steve resides in Lexington with his wife Carole and children Connor, age 10, and MariKatherine, age 7.
