Haven Scott Jackson, 100, died Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held 5:00 P.M. Thursday in Dillon First Baptist Church with burial in Riverside Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home.  Visitation was 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Born in Dillon County, April 5, 1910, she was the daughter of the late William Chesley Scott, Sr. and Lona Hayes Scott.  She was a member of Dillon First Baptist Church, retired owner of the Dillon Diner, and was a charter member of the Woodman of the World. In April, Mrs. Haven celebrated her 100th Birthday with a drop in hosted by her family.
Survivors include her sister, Mozelle Scott Lassiter of Darlington; Although Mrs. Haven had no children of her own she was blessed with many loving nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
