Judy Stouffer-Locklear, age 66, passed away August 31, 2013. Born May 20, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Joseph and Myrtle Donaldson. She is preceded in death by her brother.
Judy is survived by companion, Willie Locklear of 37 years; daughters, Michelle (Ron) Howard of London, Ohio and Deedee (Jeff) Elkins of South Bloomingville; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Nichole, and Jimmy; great-grandchildren, Abrianna, Zilah, and Carson; Willie Locklear’s children, Sonja, Annie, Tom, and Howard; and his grandchildren; brother, Jim (Sheryl) Donaldson of Baltimore, Oh; sister, Jane (Woody) Woods of Pataskala; many other dear friends and relatives. Friends called  Tuesday, September 3, from 5 to 8 p.m. at O. R. WOODYARD CO. SOUTH CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St., Columbus, OH where Funeral Service was held Wednesday at 1 p.m. Interment Fernwood Cemetery.
