Two people have been charged with murder/homicide by child abuse for an incident that occurred on April 11, 2006.
Charged are: Huey Lee Locklear, 29, 707 South 18th Avenue, Dillon,  and Nikki Ann Turner, 25, 503 Gravel Pit Place, Dillon.
According to the warrants, on April 11, 2006, Locklear and Turner did knowingly participate and/or allow their four month old son to ingest an alcoholic substance which ultimately caused his death.
It further states that the toxicology report proved that he had a high level of ethanol in his blood, which resulted in cardiac arrhythmia and subsequent death.
