Mrs. Coleen Miller passed away Sunday, September 1, 2013 at McLeod Medical Center of Dillon, SC, after an illness.
 
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at 3:00 at Kemper Baptist Church of Lake View. Burial will follow at Lake View Perpetual Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Monday, September 2, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View.
 
Mrs. Miller was born in Dillon County, the daughter of the late Ed and Euthia Miller Cox.  She was a long time member of Kemper Baptist Church and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
 
Surviving Mrs. Miller is her daughter, Susie Miller, of the home: brothers, Rudolph “Bunny” Cox (Olene), and Douglas Cox (Lib); sister, Kathleen Cox McKenzie; grandson, Christopher Wilkins (April); granddaughter, Porche’ German; great grandchildren, James Kelly Wilkins, Wesley Lattymer and Liberty German.
 
Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her husband, Lanier “Pea Bug” Miller; brothers, Roscoe Cox, Foster Cox; and sister Edna Cox Clark.
