Services for Mary Smith Watts will be held Monday at 2:00 P.M. in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Evergreen Perpetual Care Cemetery. Visitation is 12:30 until 1:45 P.M. Monday prior to the service.
Mrs. Watts, 80, died Saturday at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Born in Dillon County, June 19, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Egbert Lamar Smith and Eva Mae Webster Smith. She was a secretary with the Dillon County public schools and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Ernest J. Watts, Jr. of Dillon; daughters, Mary Louise (Charlie) Watts Daniels of Florence and Patti Lynn Watts of Marion; grandchildren, Kevin (Winkie) Daniels, Charlene Daniels, and Chad (Heather) Daniels; 3 great-grandchildren; 5 nieces and 2 nephews. Mrs. Watts was preceded in death by her sister, Virginia Smith Cottingham.
